Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California. You waive any objection to such venue or inconvenient forum.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
